ORS
01 / Overview
Helping an established building consultancy express the scale of the business it was becoming.
A brand ready for its next chapter.
Problem
ORS was entering a period of major growth. Its brand needed to reflect a national, multidisciplinary consultancy and work consistently as the business expanded.
Thinking
Start with the business: what ORS stood for, where it was heading and what people needed to understand. Use that clarity to refine the existing identity and connect its communications.
My role
I developed the brand strategy and creative direction, connecting the positioning with the visual identity and its application across the business.
What I led
I led the identity, guidelines, print, digital, photography and film, working with the design team to carry the direction through the brand applications.
Result
A coherent brand system, followed by ongoing films and creative support. ORS has since expanded through investment and acquisitions; the identity provides continuity as the organisation grows.
Business context
By June 2026, ORS employed more than 500 people. Erisbeg reported 13 acquisitions during its investment period, and ORS announced a new majority investment agreement with Goldenpeak. My work spans brand strategy, identity and ongoing film and creative support during this period of expansion.
